WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
I can arrange to talk with you over the phone if you feel unsure or have any questions - without any obligation at all. If you then decide you would like to make an appointment, we can take things from there.
HOW LONG DOES EACH APPOINTMENT LAST?
First appointments are not time bound - and provide a relaxed opportunity for you to talk freely and for me to learn more about you. All appointments thereafter are for a full hour.
HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS WILL I NEED?
Although this varies, I recommend between 4 - 6 appointments followed by a review of how you feel things are going. Some clients decide to continue for longer following the review and according to individual circumstances.... but there is never an obligation to continue at any time.
WHAT IF I AM UNSURE?
If you are unsure about committing to regular appointments but still need to talk, it may be helpful to have a single appointment and then contact me at a later date, if/when you feel ready to meet again.
WHERE DO I GO?
All private counselling / psychotherapy is strictly by appointment ONLY.

HOW WILL I PAY AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
I am aware of the difficulty accessing affordable therapy and fees have been structured with this in mind. Payment can be made at the beginning or end of each appointment; either in cash or by direct bank transfer, if preferred (details provided on request).
Updated: 15th January 2021: All enquiries prior to this date will be charged at the previous rate.
£40 (9am - 5pm)
£50 (6pm - 8pm, Saturdays)
Individuals (not working):
£30 (9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday only)
£50 (at all times)
